ANNOUNCEMENTS

Vendor Alert: Stay Vigilant Against Scammers

As we begin accepting vendor entries for the South Bend Artisan Market, please be extremely cautious of scammers impersonating the event coordinator.

How to Protect Yourself:

  • Payment Security: No payments will ever be requested or collected without a verified vendor application submission.
  • Official Contact: All official invoices and payment options will come only from Kenlyn at Sound Management/Artistic Radio. Please verify the sender before making any payment.

Application & Inventory Guidelines

To ensure variety and fairness due to category limitations, vendors are strictly permitted to sell only the items presented and approved on their original application, any vendor seen adding additional items during the show without consent will be kindly asked to remove them or leave the market immediately.

Booth Placement Note for Vendors

We understand that booth location is important. Due to the large size of the market and the increasing number of vendors who offer products across multiple sales categories, it has become significantly challenging to guarantee distance between booths selling similar items. We will continue to make every attempt to arrange placement as fairly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your booth will be isolated from all vendors with overlapping products.

If you have questions about the application or payment process, please contact Kenlyn at Sound Management directly.

No vendor will be included in marketing, websites, or social media unless their booth has been paid in full. There will be no booths reserved for anyone who has not paid; that includes special requests.
